This Regional Decree establishes that state nature reserve of regional significance “Filatovsky” shall be constituted with a view of conservation and reproduction of valuable wild fauna species natural habitats thereof, and maintenance of general ecological balance. Owners and tenants of land plots located within the boundaries of the reserve are obliged to observe the special protection regime established in the nature reserve. The following activities shall be prohibited on the whole territory of the protected area: (a) entry, exit and parking of motor vehicles, except for service vehicles; (b) felling of forest species (except for felling for forest fire extinguishment, sanitary felling and felling related to removal dead, fallen and damaged forest stand); (c) hunting, except for the purpose of regulation of the number of game; (d) capture and hunting of wild fauna species that are not subject to hunting; (e) stay with unleashed dogs of all breeds; (f) destruction and damaging mating and nesting grounds of wild fauna species, collection of eggs; (g) construction of buildings, facilities, roads and pipelines, power lines and other communications, with the exception of facilities ensuring operation of the reserve; (h) release of alien species; (i) waste disposal; (j) organization of tourist camps and making fires outside specially equipped areas; (k) destruction or damaging warning signs and information boards; and (l) burning of vegetation.
