These Measures are enacted to strengthen the management of entry and exit inspection and quarantine marks. The Measures consist of 26 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General matters; Formulation of marks; Use of marks; Supervision and administration of marks; Supplementary provisions. The State Administration for Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine shall uniformly manage the formulation, issuance, supervision and administration of entry and exit inspection and quarantine marks. The entry and exit inspection and quarantine agencies thereof is responsible for supervision and administration on the use of entry and exit inspection and quarantine marks in their own jurisdictions.
