Law No. 8/18 approving the Legislative Authorization on the Legal and Fiscal Regime to be attributed to the Exploration of Natural Gas.

This Law approves the Legislative Authorization on the Legal and Tax Regime to be assigned to the Natural Gas Exploitation. The purpose of this Law is to grant authorization to the President of the Republic, as holder of the Executive Power, to legislate on the assignment of a tax incentive framework for the exploitation of natural gas within the scope of the definition of the legal regime applicable to that exploration.
