Governmental Decree No. 61 amending Governmental Decree No. 401 validating the Regulation on State Committee on industry, energy and subsoil management.

This Governmental Decree enhances the sphere of competence of State Committee on industry, energy and subsoil management assigning thereto the function of implementing state policy in the sphere of industry, fuel and energy complex, subsoil management industrial safety and ensuring energy security.
