These Regulations, consisting of 25 sections divided into four Parts and completed by one Schedule, is under the Controlled Substances Act 1984. They establish the requirements to be met for the following issues: pesticide licencing requirement; Authority conferred by licence; Pest controller's licence; Pest management technician's licence; Conditions of licence; Term and renewal of licence; Exemptions; Variation of licence; Suspension or cancellation of licence; Right of appeal; Duties of pest controllers and pest management technicians; Transport of pesticides; Compliance with prescribed standards and codes of practice; Compliance with Agvet Code; Reporting of certain spillages of pesticide; Records to be kept by pest controllers; Duty of holder of pest controller's licence to notify changes, etc. The Schedule specifies revocation and transitional provisions.
