These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Waste Disposal Act. The Resource Recycling Fee Rate Review Committee shall perform reviews on: the formulation, calculation and adjustment of the collection and removal fee rate for items or packages or containers that should be recovered and cleaned up as announced by the central competent authority; the formulation, calculation and adjustment of the subsidy rate for the items, their packaging and containers to be recovered and cleaned up as announced by the central competent authority; etc.
