Establishment Regulations for the Water Pollution Control Fee Rate Review Committee.

These Regulations are formulated in accordance with Article 11, Item 10, of the Water Pollution Prevention and Control Act. The tasks of the Water Pollution Control Fee Rate Review Committee include: 1. Consideration of the determination, review and adjustment of the water pollution control fee rates; 2. Consideration of other relevant fee rates.
