This Regulation redefines and updates the implementation issues as regards the already adopted and promoted 17 "Risk Management", sub-measure 17.1 "Crop, Animal and Plant Insurance", already part of Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the programmed period from 2014 to the year 2020. The insurance policy, object of this text, may be obtained if the competent authority has declared adverse weather conditions, outbreaks of the animal disease, environmental incident, or issued an order for action in case of contamination of plants harmful to plants. List of European Union documents that are respected is in article 2. Eligibility conditions for users, exclusion of users, and eligibility policy for insurance policies are regulated in articles 4, 5 and 6.
