This Regulation establishes the official indicators for the calculation of the effective national development index, including the calculation of the value of the development index and other related issues. The development index is calculated on the basis of the following indicators: unemployment rate; per capita income; budget revenues of local or regional self-government units per capita; general population movements; degree of education; and aging index.
