Regulation on the manner, tools and equipment used for commercial fishing, as well as on the manner, tools, equipment and means for recreational fishing.

This Regulation determines the manner, methods, tools and equipment for the performance of commercial fishing and for the performance of recreational fishing, both intended on inland fishing waters of the Republic of Serbia. Article 2 sets the essential rules as follows: commercial fishing can be performed with the use of nets, boom and self-propelled tools and equipment. The following tools and equipment are banned from commercial fisheries: hoops, baskets, curtains or harrows; twisting tools such as rake, three-hook, floating baits). Articles 9, 10 and 11 are providing for recreational fisheries issues in terms of correct manner, methods, and permitted tools and equipment.
