These Operational Directions aim to strengthen the producer’s responsibility for the products, promote forest products production traceability barcodes, expose producer information, distinguish domestic and imported forest products, and promote legal forest products trading, and local production and local consumption. The applicable range of traceable barcodes shall be domestic forest products and processed forest products. The Operational Directions set up the procedures and requirements to be satisfied by the application, review and issuance of forest products production traceability barcodes, the use and traceability of traceable barcodes, etc.
