This article of the Indiana Code concerns rivers, streams, and waterways. Specifically, it provides for navigable waterways; navigable streams, Kankakee River; sand and gravel permits; construction of channels; change in watercourses, highway construction; natural, scenic, and recreational river system; river commissions; and recreational streams.
