This Regulation provides the special conditions for performing activities such as testing the water-tightness and structural stability of facilities for drainage and treatment of wastewater. The aim of these rules is to set the procedure for necessary verification over effective achieved functionality, as regards the water sewage and drainage. Article 2 lists general issues for testing suitability.
