The Governor, with a view of prevention of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19), decrees that the Regional Government must ensure implementation of the following additional measures: (a) organizations and individual entrepreneurs operating in the field of heating, water supply and effluent waste water discharge (sewerage) shall be granted shall be granted deferral of payment until 1 September 2020 of contractual rent for public facilities allotted to the aforesaid resource-supplying organizations; and (b) in relation to state support of small and medium business entities to increase registered capital of the regional microcredit organization in order to provide small business entities guarantees for financial obligations and leasing within the framework of new credit "anti-crisis" products.
