European Communities (Vegetable Seeds) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2020 (S.I. No. 202/2020).

These Regulations give effect to the provisions of Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2020/177 which amend Annexes I and II to Directive 2002/55/EC as they relate to inspections for Union regulated non-quarantine pests (RNQPs) and measures intended to prevent their presence on vegetable seeds for planting.
