Governmental Decree No. 1682 validating the Regulation on licensing of works involving active impact on hydrometeorological and geophysical processes and phenomena.

This Governmental Decree establishes that works that bring about active influence on hydrometeorological and geophysical processes and phenomena include: (a) protection of agricultural crops from hail; (b) regulation of precipitation; (c) dispersing fog; and (d) preventing descent of avalanches. Licensing authority shall be performed by Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring. This Governmental Decree establishes licensing terms and condition, and lists the required documentation for obtaining license.
