This Administrative Regulation amends the Administrative Regulation No. 16 / 2003 of Macao Special Administrative Region concerning modification of licensing procedures for catering and beverage establishments. Articles 2 is amended: Review Plan and Inspection Committee refers to the committee stipulated in Article 9 that provides technical assistance to the one-stop service agency as a licensing entity in the one-stop licensing procedures for catering/beverage establishments, and performs the functions and powers granted by this administrative regulation Authority. In addition, Articles 4, 6, 8 to 13, 17, 19, 20 and 26 of Administrative Regulation No. 16 / 2003 are also amended.
