This Governmental Decree regulates relations between consumers and performers in the field of public catering service. Catering services involving manufacturing of public catering products, creating conditions for consumption and sale of public catering and other food and non-food products (purchased goods) both at the place of manufacture and outside in accordance with orders. Provider of public catering services independently determines the list of rendered services. At the same time, the list of manufactured and sold public catering products sold thereby, food and/or purchased goods corresponding to the mandatory requirements of regulations, indicated in the menu (price list) or in any other way must ensure access to information in a clear and accessible manner for the right choice of respective services (products). Control (supervision) over compliance with this Regulation shall be exercised by the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being.
