This Decree, consisting of 38 articles divided into ten Chapters, regulates Law No. 9.973 on the storage system for agricultural and livestock products. In particular, it regulates the storage, subject to the provisions of Law No. 9,973 of 29 May 2000, the exercise and custody and conservation of agricultural products, their derivatives, by-products and residues of economic value, own or third parties, by legal entities of public or private law, in appropriate structures for this purpose.
