This Regulation establishes the procedure for organization and implementation of state supervision in the field of livestock breeding on the regional territory concerning business entities and individual entrepreneurs. The objectives of state supervision shall be to prevent, detect and suppress violations by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs of mandatory requirements established by federal laws and regional laws and regional regulatory acts in the field of livestock breeding. State supervision shall be performed in the form of planned inspections with a view of verification of compliance by the object of inspection with mandatory requirements in the field of livestock breeding.
