This Regulation prescribes the type of data, the form, the content and defines the manner for keeping records on granted state aid-paid funds, if obtained as for the purposes of agricultural and rural development. These records on granted state aid are in accordance with the provisions of articles 94, 95, 96, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106 and 107 of the national Law on agriculture and rural development. The form and content of the state aid record book or register sheet is given in the Annex, which is part of this publication.
