Regulation on the manner of taking samples, procedure for performing post-control, amount of compensation for post-control and determining the percentage of samples to be included in post-control for certain types of agricultural plants.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, determines the manner for taking samples, the procedure for performing post-control for determining the identity, purity, type and variety of agricultural plants, including the amount of compensation fees for post-control, as well as the percentage of sampling that are included in post-control of separate types of agricultural plants.
