Complex state hunting reserve of regional significance “Klintsovsky” is formed for the purpose of conservation and reproduction of valuable hunting wild fauna species (game). Creation of hunting reserve does not entail expropriation of land areas and forest areas from land tenants and forest managers. Guardianship of the reserve shall be performed by hunting service. The following activities shall be prohibited on the territory of the reserve: (a) hunting; (b) cutting of vegetation in the floodplains; (c) drainage; (d) mining; (e) timber extraction in wood grouse mating grounds; (f) resin tapping in wood grouse mating grounds; and (g) chemical treatment of forests. Persons guilty of violating the hunting reserve regime, are subject to administrative, criminal or other liability in accordance with the acting legislation of the Russian Federation.
