This Governmental Decree establishes that until December 31, 2022, the manufacturing and (or) release into circulation of liquid milk-based baby food products (adapted or partially adapted initial or subsequent formulas, drinking milk, drinking cream, fermented milk products) for children is allowed in the Russian Federation of early age, subject to state registration in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations, in a sealed package not exceeding a volume of 0.5 liters. The specified products are not marked with a unified label of product circulation on the market of the Eurasian Economic Union and are not subject to release into circulation on the territory of other member states of the Eurasian Economic Union.
