This Instruction, based on the provisions of the Law on rescue and protection in emergency situations of the Republika Srpska, determines the types of exercises, management, basic elements and manner for elaboration, preparation and realization of exercises of protection and rescue forces. This text further defines the deadline for elaboration and activities after the exercise. This Instruction also contains issues regarding the organization of international exercises (exercises that are conducted in the Republic of Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina with the participation of protection and rescue forces from other countries and international organizations, and exercises held abroad with participation of the protection and rescue forces of the Republic of Srpska).
