Presidential Decree No. PP-417 “On ensuring the inviolability of property rights of individual in the process of exporting fruits and vegetables”.

The President decrees, starting from 10 November 2022, to grant to individual entrepreneurs the right to export fruits and vegetables without prepayment, opening a letter of credit, issuing a bank guarantee and having an export contract insurance policy against political and commercial risks.
