This Conservation and Management Measure of the Western Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC) contains standards, specifications and procedures that shall apply to the record of fishing vessels established under Article 24(7) of the WCPFC Convention and further specified in any conservation and management measures adopted in relation to such record. This CMM lays down provisions on the structure of WCPFC Record of Fishing Vessels (WCPFC RFV); responsibilities of the Commission Members, Cooperating Non-Members and participating Territories (CCMs); and responsibilities of the WCPFC Secretariat.
