Developmental Investment Fund Act 2000.

This Act is enacted to establish a Developmental Investment Fund and to define its purposes and for matters connected therewith. A fund called the Developmental Investment Fund is established. The Fund must be regarded as a Government fund and as comprising public moneys for the purposes of any other written law.
