The present Regulations provide for the discipline of harvesting. In particular these include: types, methods and technologies of harvesting; special harvesting rules for birds and polar bears; emergency kills to preserve human life, prevent starvation or protect property, in this case any method, technique or technology can be used; humane kills to prevent animal suffering; illegal bycatch; collars; Certification and Disposal of Wildlife; Total Allowable Harvest Rules; conservation area prohibition.
