This resolution aims to consolidate a regional framework for integrated ocean governance in the CLME+/WECAFC/Wider Caribbean region. It acknowledges the importance of the CLME+ Strategic Action Programme (SAP) in contributing to human well being, socio economic development, food security, and livelihoods in the region. It also requires the Secretariat to keep WECAFC Members informed of progress and encourages Members to conduct consultations with stakeholders on proposed options for the PCM and Financing Plan.
