The present Order establishes that the Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates those areas on file with the Minister of Forest Resources and Agrifoods as Blueberry Management Units. The lands designated under section 2 shall be set apart for the cultivation or harvesting of blueberries subject to the terms and conditions that the Minister of Forest Resources and Agrifoods may prescribe.
