The present Act establishes the Agriculture Appeal Board. The Board may confirm, vary or revoke a decision of the Minister under the Agricultural Land Protection and Development Act, a decision of the Registrar under the Livestock Operations Act, or a decision of the Registrar under New Brunswick Regulation 84-75 under the Real Property Tax Act. The Act clarifies practices and procedures of the Board, Decisions, immunity and indemnities, etc.
