The Conference of the Parties to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) adopted amendments to Appendix I, Appendix II, and Appendix III of the Convention at its 19th meeting held in Panama from November 14 to 25, 2022. The updated Appendices I, II, and III of the Convention shall come into effect on February 23, 2023; Based on this, the Chief Executive orders the publication of the official English texts and corresponding Chinese translations of Appendix I, Appendix II, and Appendix III of the above-mentioned Convention.
