This Decree regulates environmental administrative infractions, their respective administrative sanctions, and precautionary measures within the State of Amapá, pursuant to Federal Law No. 9.605 of 12 February 1998. An environmental administrative infraction is considered any intentional or negligent action or omission that violates the legal rules governing the use, enjoyment, promotion, protection, and restoration of the environment.
