This Decision determines the necessary criteria and relative weights for selecting the most economically advantageous tender in public procurement procedures in which the subject of procurement is agricultural and food products and food, according to which the head of the central state administration body may, by decision, determine relative weights for individual types of procurement objects for public contracting authorities within its scope, which may also be used in public procurement procedures by other public procurement obligors. The Annex 1 contains relative technical sheets and list of values. The method of calculating points through the qualitative and financial evaluation of acceptable offers is shown in the examples in Annex 2.
