This Regulation determines the content, method of preparation and handling of procurement documentation, the content, method of preparation, delivery and procedure for receiving tenders and requests for participation, the tender opening procedure, the content, method of preparation and delivery of the minutes of tender opening, the minutes of review and evaluation of tenders, the minutes of review and evaluation of requests for participation, the minutes of conducting negotiations and the minutes of conducting dialogue and other important issues related to procurement documentation, tenders, requests for participation, opening of tenders and minutes in public procurement procedures and in the case of procurement of social and other special services, as well as the procedure in the event of unavailability of the Electronic Public Procurement Notice of the Republic of Croatia
