ICCAT Recommendation on the Integrated Online Management System (IOMS) requires all Contracting Party and Cooperating non‐Contracting Party, Entity, or Fishing Entity (CPCs) to register at least one Administrator with the Secretariat to gain access to and use the system. Starting in 2023, CPCs must submit the relevant portions of their Annual Reports directly through IOMS, as submissions in other formats will no longer be accepted. Exceptions may be granted, upon request, for CPCs facing technical difficulties, allowing the Secretariat to assist with offline submissions, with all such requests reported to the Compliance Committee. CPCs are also encouraged to share feedback on technical challenges and suggest improvements to enhance IOMS functionality and performance.
