This Regulation concerns the following matters: social care; social protection; social assistance institution; persons to whom social assistance is granted. The Regulation focuses on: supervision of social assistance institutions, registration of social assistance institutions in the designated register, and conditions and obligations that these institutions must meet; granting financial support to social assistance institutions; requirements to provide social assistance measures; information for making a correct decision regarding a request for social assistance; offences and penalties.
