This National Decree, implementing measures of article 16 of the Quarantine Ordinance, concerns rat removal measures in all ships lying in Aruba, unless it is reliably evident from a complete and clear statement by competent authorities that such ships have been sufficiently deratted within the preceding six months; and in all ships, regardless of the time elapsed since the last rat removal, that have rats on board or are suspected of having them.
