This Law creates the State Programme to Support and Promote Women Entrepreneurs who are Heads of Households, with the purpose of promoting the financial independence of women who are heads of households, through the encouragement of female entrepreneurship. The objectives of the State Programme are: offer accessible lines of credit; provide financial education; provide training for the business environment; create mechanisms for cooperation with the private sector; finance ventures; and to develop small businesses.
