Additional Recommendation, as proposed by the European Union, on management measures for the protection of the shallow pelagic redfish stock and the deep pelagic redfish stock in the Irminger Sea and adjacent waters in 2025, 2026 and 2027 (Recommendation 02 : 2025).

Contracting Parties shall prohibit vessels that conducted directed fishing for shallow or deep pelagic beaked redfish (Sebastes mentella) in the Irminger Sea and adjacent areas during 2025–2027 from accessing their ports or waters for landings, transhipments, port services, or any fishing activities.
