This Recommendation adopts updated Access Control Guidelines for NEAFC websites and the ERS-UI, aligning existing arrangements with revisions introduced in recent NEAFC instruments and the Information Security Management System (ISMS). It formalises role‑based access permissions and content classifications, defining user roles and specifying their rights to view, upload and manage information across different platforms. The Recommendation identifies categories of information, including restricted and highly restricted operational data, and sets out the corresponding handling and access conditions, including time‑limited access and role-specific constraints. It also establishes implementation procedures covering account management, auditing, password policies and administrative responsibilities, with references to related NEAFC recommendations and access procedures.
