This Law establishes the State Programme to Promote Entrepreneurship among Mothers of Children with Disabilities (“Atypical Mothers”) in the State of Amapá, with the primary objective of fostering social inclusion, economic autonomy, and support for mothers who are primary caregivers of children with disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, or chronic illnesses. It seeks to ensure equal opportunities in the labor market and entrepreneurship, while promoting dignity, well-being, and the comprehensive development of their families. A further key objective is to provide targeted economic and institutional support mechanisms, including free training in entrepreneurship and financial management, access to special credit lines with favorable conditions, and facilitation of tax benefits. The law also promotes the creation of support networks, partnerships with public and private institutions, and cooperation mechanisms to expand opportunities for capacity-building and business development. Through these measures, it aims to empower mothers economically and socially, strengthening inclusive and resilient entrepreneurial ecosystems.
