This Act provides for removing barriers to the trade in goods and the supply of services between Manitoba and other jurisdictions within Canada. The Act concerns: certification, registration, licensing or another form of official recognition issued by a regulatory body; mutual recognition and designation of reciprocating jurisdiction; mutual recognition rules concerning goods and services, including standards, quality, marketing, labelling, testing, inspection or use of the good; ministerial power to issue Regulations on the matters.
