This Regulation determines the implementation of intervention 73.08. "Construction of forest infrastructure" from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027, including the procedures implemented by the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, the powers of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as the Managing Authority and the handling of appeals against decisions of the Paying Agency. This kind of interventions are meant for several categories of forest infrastructure works and related capacity building, as for private and public forests and their users of owners. Annexes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are part of this Regulation (containing technical sheets/lists and criteria, list of eligible costs and related indications).
