This Regulation amends several parts of the Regulation on the implementation of intervention 73.08. "Construction of forest infrastructure" from the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027. Changes are regarding the general terms and definitions, eligibility conditions, granting procedures and rules meant for Paying Agencies, and related administrative and procedural details. Also Annexes 2, 3 and 5 are now replaced with all new Annexes.
