Regulation on the procedures and principles regarding the use and leasing of water surfaces in the establishment of floating solar power plants.

This Regulation establishes the procedures and principles governing the submission, acceptance, and evaluation of applications for floating solar power plants to be installed on dam reservoirs, artificial lakes, and canal surface areas. It further regulates the requirements relating to feasibility assessments and project design, the determination and implementation of leasing procedures and conditions, and matters concerning the operation, maintenance, decommissioning, and liquidation of such facilities. This Regulation applies to legal entities operating, or intending to operate, in the electricity market in accordance with the provisions of Electricity Market Law No. 6446.
