These Regulations amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2012 (No. 2012/R-27). They amend regulation 13 relating to review of Environmental Impact Assessment Report and regulation 20 which provides penalties for offences mentioned therein. A new table is added to the regulations laying down the penalties for repeat offences.
