These Rules amend the Greenhouse Gases Emission Intensity Target Rules, 2025 (principal Rules). The Schedule to the principal Rules is re-numbered as the First Schedule. Further, a Second Schedule is added to the principal Rules, which contains the greenhouse gases emissions baseline and targets for obligated entities in the following sectors: Aluminum sector, Petroleum Refinery, Petrochemical units, and textile sector.
