The Rules further establish monitoring, reporting and financial management requirements, require the LGU to create plantilla positions for hatchery management, and provide for continuing technical assistance from DA-BFAR. They also contain provisions on the issuance of implementing circulars, amendment or revocation of the Rules, separability and effectivity.
